Refund policy

At JCTWINS FOOD HUB, we value your satisfaction and carefully prepare our products to ensure quality. Since our items are consumables, please note the following adjusted guidelines:

Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have up to 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (with proof such as photos or video; unboxing video is highly encouraged).

  • Returns beyond 3 days cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be the wrong variant delivered (e.g., Chili vs. Non-Chili).

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@jctwinshub.ru. Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address: 25 Constancia St., Tugatog, Malabon City, Philippines, 1470.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if:

  • The item is defective or damaged (e.g., broken bottle), or

  • You receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right either through replacement, return, or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods (all food items) cannot be returned beyond the 3-day return window.

  • Sale, promo, and final sale items (e.g., bazaar bundles, discounted packages) are not eligible for return or refund unless proven damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the wrong item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if the item arrives damaged or unusable. Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you of the approval or denial.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@jctwinshub.ru.
